Mounting

Mounting

In no time - criss-cross - super quick

Assembly is at the heart of industrial companies, where the individual parts are assembled into assemblies. This is followed by the assembly of assemblies and individual parts to machines or devices. Then they are tested for their function in the test field. One-offs, small series and large series are used. From manual workstations to semi-automatic workplaces to fully automatic assembly, there are variations.

The challenge

The aim is to make assembly as inexpensive as possible. Since a fully automated production is not recommended for every application, the optimal combination plays a high, important role. It is important to ensure full functionality during assembly, so that no surprises follow during the functional test. All influencing factors must be analyzed. Then to work out solutions that ensure perfect assembly.

MODULE ASSEMBLY

In module assembly, individual mechanical parts and possibly electronic components will be mounted to an assembly. This may be followed by adjustment and calibration of the assembly before it can be used. In order to find their purpose later in another assembly or in the end product.

The tasks in component assembly are very diverse. Manual as well as fully automatic processes can be used. Designing the optimal process is not that easy, because flexibility has to be maintained.

But our consultants, who know all the requirements for component assembly like the back of their hand, will definitely find the optimum for your special process. Trust us.

FINAL ASSEMBLY

Now the salable product will be made. For this purpose, pre-assembled assemblies and other individual parts are assembled into the end product. The supply lines such as electricity, pneumatics and hydraulics will be also integrated. The supply lines to sensors and controls are also laid and connected. Then the commissioning takes place.

As with the assembly of components, our consultants are also very fit in this area. That is why we find everything to optimize your process. You can trust that.

PRELIMINARY AND END TEST

Now is the time to do the final test. All preliminary tests and calibrations must have been carried out beforehand. Then the final test of the product can follow. The test process is documented for internal purposes and possibly to create a protocol for the customer.

The requirements in this area have also passed into the flesh and blood of our consultants over the decades. Make use of this advantage. You will not be disappointed.

MANUAL WORKSTATIONS & FULLY AUTOMATIC PROCESSES

In assembly there are manual workstations where assembly is carried out manually by an employee. Or automated workplaces are in use, where the employee is supported in his work by machines or devices. Fully automatic workstations are also used, which is typical in large-scale production.

Finding the most ideal solution from all three for you, in order to achieve the greatest possible flexibility for you, is a particular incentive for our consultants.

Many can do it when it's simple.

VALUE
Trust in our decades of experience. The ongoing development of the assembly department is everyday business. The area ranges from minor optimizations to the redesign of complete manufacturing processes. This also includes the development of production layouts or buildings. Do not trust the promises of consultants who are not adept at your subject. Rely on our competence that will guide you to a secure future. Promised!
