Montage

Quick as a flash, zig-zag, in a jiffy?

Assembly is the heart of every industrial company.

Here, individual parts are assembled into subassemblies. This is followed by the assembly of subassemblies and individual parts into complete machines or devices, before they are tested for full functionality in the test field.

The spectrum ranges from individual production and small batches to large-scale production. From classic manual workstations to semi-automatic systems and fully automated assembly, all variations are represented in practice.

The challenge

My goal is to make your assembly process as cost-effective and efficient as possible. Since fully automated production isn't the most economical solution for every application, the optimal combination of systems is crucial.

It is important to ensure full functionality even during assembly, so that there are no unpleasant surprises during the final functional test.

I will analyze all influencing factors for you in order to develop the exact solutions that will ensure perfect assembly in your company.

ASSEMBLY OF BUILDINGS

In assembly, individual mechanical parts and, if required, electronic components are joined together to form a functional assembly.

This is usually followed by adjustment and calibration of the assembly before it can be used further to later find its purpose in a higher-level assembly or in the final end product.

The tasks involved in component assembly are extremely diverse. Both manual and fully automated processes can be used. Designing the optimal process is complex, as the necessary flexibility must always be maintained.

As a consultant, I know all the requirements for component assembly like the back of my hand. I'm guaranteed to find the optimal solution for your specific process. Trust my experience.

FINAL ASSEMBLY

In this step, the product ready for sale is completed.

Pre-assembled modules and other individual parts are precisely joined to form the final product. Supply lines for electricity, pneumatics, and hydraulics are also integrated. Likewise, the cables to sensors and controls are professionally routed and connected before final commissioning.

As with component assembly, I am also highly skilled in this area. I analyze all the relevant factors to optimize your process. You can rely on that.

PRELIMINARY AND FINAL EXAMINATION

Now it's time to carry out the final inspection.

All preliminary tests and calibrations must be successfully completed before the final product inspection. The entire testing process is fully documented – both for internal purposes and for creating an optional test report for your customers.

The requirements in this area have become second nature to me over decades of professional experience. Use this clear advantage for your business.

MANUAL WORKPLACES & FULLY AUTOMATIC PROCESSES

In the assembly area, there are manual workstations where the work is carried out manually by an employee.

Alternatively, automated workstations are used, where the employee is supported by machines or devices. Fully automated workstations are also used, which is particularly typical in high-volume production.

Finding the ideal solution for you from these three approaches, in order to achieve the greatest possible flexibility for your business, is what motivates me most.

Because easy – many can do that.

VALUE

Trust in my decades of experience.

The continuous development of the assembly department is my daily business.

My services range from minor optimizations to the redesign of complete manufacturing processes, which also includes the development of manufacturing layouts or building plans.

Don't trust the promises of consultants who don't have a sufficient grasp of your subject matter. Rely on my expertise, which will guide you to a secure future.
