4. Process redesign
The process analysis has shown that process optimization will not be sufficient to sustainably improve competitiveness. then we create a concept of how your processes can be redesigned and then coordinate the implementation of the concept with you. We are only satisfied when your processes can also meet possible future requirements.
5. Introduction of new processes in accordance with digitization 4.0
Did the process analysis or customer requirements show that you have to integrate completely new processes into your processes? We are also here for you. We work out the possible alternatives and draw up the cost / benefit calculation for each option. Create the specifications for you and coordinate the final solution with you. Identify the possible suppliers and are at your side for negotiations or negotiate on your behalf. We take on all the necessary approvals and are also there for you when it comes to integration into your processes.
With all these changes, we take into account, as already described under 5., that they are suitable for Industry 4.0 (digitalization 4.0). So immediately or at a later point in time can be easily included in digitization.
