Phase 1: Goal setting & strategy discussion (on-site or online)

  • On-site inspection: Expert observation of actual data flow on the shop floor – identifying media disruptions, duplicate data entry, and information gaps at individual workstations.

Phase 4: Employee & User Interviews


  • Practical feedback: Structured survey of operators and supervisors regarding digital hurdles, adoption barriers, or cumbersome software in daily shift operations.
  • Documentation: Audio recording of interviews to ensure complete analysis.


Time required: approx. 2.0 project days (on site)


Phase 5: Creation of the Digital Roadmap (Office)


  • Systematic evaluation: Detailed analysis of the current situation and interview transcripts / meeting minutes in the office.
  • Concept development: Creation of a phased, prioritized digitalization roadmap (focusing on low-investment measures with high efficiency impact).


Time required: approx. 1.0 project days (Office)


Phase 6: Presentation of Results & Actionable Recommendations


  • Executive Briefing: Detailed presentation of the digital roadmap to management, addressing all technical and organizational questions.
