Phases 3 & 4: Practical Match, Gemba Walk & Employee Interviews

• On-site comparison: Target-actual comparison of work plans in the production hall (material flow, waiting times, bottlenecks).
• Worker survey: Structured conversations with employees on site to identify everyday obstacles.
• Documentation oder Requirements Recording; Audio recording of the conversations for a complete evaluation.

Phase 5: Evaluation & Executive Presentation

• Executive briefing: Comprehensive on-site presentation to management, including an interactive Q&A session.
